Role Overview
Taking overall ownership of the monthly payroll ensuring information is accurately and timeously collated , processed in-house. Ensure that all mandatory/statutory records are accurately maintained at all times and statutory/ regulatory payments, i.e National Insurance, Income Tax and pension contributions are processed by specified deadlines.
Providing proactive support to all employees on any Payroll queries that may arise.
Main Tasks
·Accurately and efficiently process Employee payroll, statutory payments and deductions in accordance with HMRC, Inland Revenue, National Insurance and other payroll legislation, rules and regulations, ensuring that records and submissions are filed correctly online and readily accessible.
·Check, complete, input, report and print P45s, P60s, P11d's, NI numbers and tax codes according to current payroll rules and legislation.
