My client is a financial services business in Atherton. As an Assistant Accountant you will be responsible for a variety of transactional duties within the finance function. This will include managing the purchase ledger from start to finish processing invoices onto the system, dealing with supplier queries and processing payments, as well as maintaining the sales ledger, reconciling bank accounts and supplier statements, posting journals and taking the accounts up to trial balance. There will also be other adhoc duties relating to general office administration in order to keep the office functioning efficiently and effectively.
