Sales Ledger Assistant
Based - Bala
Salary - £27k pa
Reports to: Head of Finance
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Raising daily invoices to Customers adhering to a strict deadline. Ensure invoices are sent out in a timely manner in the correct format.
Processing of Cash Receipts, Issuance of Credit Notes and Sales Ledger adjustments. General housekeeping.
POD collections and validation, ensuring invoices reflect the stock that has been delivered and discrepancies investigated immediately.
Liaising with hauliers regarding delivery accuracy and validation.
Chasing overdue debt and adhering to strict KPI’s. Cross checking costs for the Company where appropriate.
Other Accounting duties where appropriate and assisting the Accounts team KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
· Sales Ledger knowledge and experience preferred however training will be provided for the right candidate.
· Acceptable Excel skills needed with an appropriate telephone manner....
