We are recruiting for a Senior Credit Controller to join our client in Knypersley. The role is Hybrid; split between working in the office and from home. Key Responsibilities: * Review customer invoice requests to ensure that taxes, specific contract requirements etc. are dealt with correctly. * Reconcile and manage selected customer accounts, resolve queries and arrange offsets as applicable. * Work closely with accounts Payable staff to ensure offset transactions are properly booked & reconciled. * Chase customers for payment by any appropriate means. * Resolve queries with customers. * Issue customer statements. * Maintain customer contact records. * Carry out credit checks on customers. * Complete applications for bank guarantees accurately and in a timely manner. * Negotiate letters of credit, checking all information thoroughly to ensure there are no errors and what is presented is evaluated and validated correctly in the interests of the...
