Radar Recruitment have been retained exclusively by small manufacturing organisation based near Rochester, supporting them in their search for a new Head of Finance. Working closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of finance including all statutory reporting requirements and management accounts. There is a small team of two to manage, both of whom know the company well and predominantly handle the transactional activities. Aside from BAU, supporting commercial strategies, pricing models, margins, influencing materials and operational spend, there is a real need for somebody who can work at pace and multi-task to work through some legacy issues across the system.
