Our client, an employee owned business is going from strength to strength and due to this require another assistant within their busy and successful payroll team.
Reporting to the payroll manager you will assist them and your team with various admin tasks.
You will be dealing with incoming phone and email enquiries in a knowledgeable, courteous, professional and efficient manner.
The role will be raising invoices to customers from timesheets, remaining compliant with the FCSA Code of conduct.
Dealing with daily post, inputting relevant information into software and reviewing, querying and approving employee expense claims.
Private Pension administration.
P45/P46 starter information.
