Global company with a strong commitment to innovation and excellence is seeking to appoint a part-time Accounts Assistant. You will work closely with the Bookkeeper/Management Accountant in a hybrid set up over 2 to 3 days.
Key Responsibilities:
* Credit control
* Processing employee expenses
* Credit card reconciliation
* Management of accounts email inbox
* Various other admin and accounts duties
* The role will evolve over time
Qualifications and Experience:
* Previous accounts experience
* Good with Excel
* Knowledge of Xero
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
