Purchase Ledger Clerk required for a new and exciting permanent opportunity working for a small friendly but well established business based in Oldbury. You will be solely responsible for the day to day running of the purchase ledger function processing up to 800 invoices on a monthly basis from start to finish. Your daily duties will include matching invoices to GRN's and PO's, supplier statement reconciliation, processing payments by BACs and resolving supplier queries. You will also be required to process employee expenses, reconcile company credit cards and assist with payroll.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced purchase ledger clerk looking for an opportunity where you will be given the autonomy to take complete ownership of your role. You must have excellent interpersonal skills and have previous experience working with computerised accounting software.
