The role: * To make outbound sales calls from warm leads, either from the company’s website or previous customers. * Work towards and achieve individual and team performance objectives * To identify customer needs and meet customer`s expectations. * Handle customer objectives confidently * To manage sensitive data in line with the Data Protection Policy * Take responsibility for your own personal development, keeping up to date with product, process, and market changes so you can perform your core duties effectively and accurately. Requirements: * Enjoy working with sales targets. * Have the ability to work well within a team. * Able to demonstrate self-motivation and have a hunger to succeed. * Previous experience within a sales role * Experience meeting both sales and quality targets. * Must possess good IT and communication skills. * Professional telephone manner. * Must be flexible as you may have to travel to an alternative location for training/meeting purposes. This position provides: A full time permanent position, specialised induction training and a monthly commission scheme. This role in US Dollars has a minimum of $31,740 to a maximum of $43,167. In British Pounds it has a minimum of £25,000 to a maximum of £34,000. In Australian Dollars it has a minimum of $48,867 to a maximum of $66,459.
