Job Description

My client is a very well established, successful, directly authorised, HNW Independent Mortgage brokerage. The company's main aim is to provide the best and most impartial advice available to its clientele. The company are expanding due to high business levels and in turn are currently keen to recruit a Mortgage Broker on a self-employed basis to join the team based within their City of London office, which is a short walk from Cannot Street and Monument train station’s. As an independent Mortgage Broker you will be provided with all of your client leads each week. These client leads are of high quality and are frequently of a HNW nature. The firms clients are gained from the firms’ new business development activities, their well established existing client base (renewal and repeat business) and via company marketing. The businesses clients are not only UK based but are also professionals who are based internationally. Within this role the successful candidate will have the opportunity to provide mortgage advice not only on Residential and BTL cases but also on Bridging Finance, Development Finance and Commercial Mortgage cases. You will be provided with full administration support, compliance support and I.T. support in-house. All technology & office provisions and availability to both board and general meeting rooms within a prime City of London office to work from. Working hours within the role are on a Monday to Friday only basis and are 9:00am to 17:00pm. Essentially this is a self-employed Mortgage Broker position where by you will receive a 50% commission split of all net income received by the company, with no validations or thresholds. Leading to a very realistic OTE of £80k to £100k+. You can also initially benefit from receiving a financial guarantee (paid on a monthly basis) for what would be your first few months within the role to ensure that you are fine financially until your pipeline is up and running. This can be tailored towards each specific individuals’ requirements. Required Experience; - Mortgage broking experience is essential (within the independent market). - In turn you must hold the full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification. - Although not essential a broker with regular exposure to HNW/complex mortgage clients/cases would be desirable. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organisation and time management skills. - My client is keen to recruit a candidate who is ambitious, driven/committed to succeeding, whilst also being a team player. Salary by Currency

This role in US Dollars has a minimum of $101,569 to a maximum of $126,962. In British Pounds it has a minimum of £80,000 to a maximum of £100,000. In Australian Dollars it has a minimum of $156,375 to a maximum of $195,469.
