Operations Executive
London (hybrid working)
£30,000 to £36,000 plus bonus and benefits
Our client is an award winning bank providing a broad range of products to their customers. Well established and based in central London they are looking to recruit an Operations Executive to join their growing team.
The successful Operations Executive will be responsible for the management of the proposal workload (proposal preparation and KYC) within the Asset Finance Department ensuring excellent customer service in line with service level agreements.
You will also be responsible for administrative support for broker management process including on boarding and regular reviews.
The successful Operations Executive will;
1. Monitor new proposals received from approved third party intermediaries for Asset Finance.
2. Prepare proposal for underwriters by performing basic credit searches and Person of Significant Control (PSC) information.
3. Load proposals onto the administration system within agreed service levels.
4. Maintain departmental WIP, ensuring all information is up to date & following up any expired proposals.
5. Maintain Supplier Database.
6. Perform relevant level of Customer Due Diligence on all approved proposals in line with Bank CDD procedures by assessing customer financial crime risk.
7. Escalate proposals for Financial Crime approval where appropriate.
You will be highly numerate with excellent attention to detail.

Salary by Currency
This role in US Dollars has a minimum of $38,088 to a maximum of $45,706. In British Pounds it has a minimum of £30,000 to a maximum of £36,000. In Australian Dollars it has a minimum of $58,640 to a maximum of $70,369.
