Our client, a renowned accountancy practice, is recruiting for an Accounts Senior Manager to join the accounts team at its Wokingham office. Within this role you will assist the partners in the management and delivery of accounts preparation of an OMB client portfolio.

As Accounts Senior Manager your responsibilities will include:
* Oversee the delivery of accounts assignments across your portfolio
* Lead some of the firm’s largest and most complex assignments and review completed files
* Business Development with clients and building up long-lasting client relationships
* Take responsibility for monitoring chargeability and profitability across your portfolio
* Contribute to valuations, business modelling, EMI, bank presentations and report writing
* Coach other staff for improved performance and technical development
* Mentor junior staff and contribute to the office’s training and development
* Support clients with the implementation of new systems
We welcome applications from experienced candidates with the following skills, experience and attributes:
* Be ACA/ACCA qualified (or overseas equivalent) with at least 6 years post qualified experience gained within practice
* Experience of managing a portfolio of OMB/SME clients, developing new business, managing client relationships and dealing with complex client queries
* Leadership experience at a management grade
* Good overall IT skills with experience of accounting software
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary by Currency
This role in US Dollars has a minimum of $76,366 to a maximum of $82,730. In British Pounds it has a minimum of £60,000 to a maximum of £65,000. In Australian Dollars it has a minimum of $119,045 to a maximum of $128,965.
