Job Description

Hybrid role - 2 days a week in the office Our highly successful client is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join their EMEA Finance Team. This is an oversight role for an experienced Analyst on dispute resolution with the offshore AP team. Responsibilities * Create/review Vendor reconciliations in a timely manner * Identify processing errors, document root cause * Investigate and resolve Invoice/Credit note queries * Liaise with other business streams to resolve queries * Work with business streams to reduce processing errors * Review unmatched entries on AP ledger * Work with Vendors to resolve queries against their SOA * Create a working relationship with vendors, holding weekly meetings to discuss open queries * Ensure accounts do not go on credit hold/payments made on time * Understanding of VAT transactions, resolve open queries * Prioritize your daily workload accordingly Skills and experience * Good AP experience, understanding (accounting entries) * SAP knowledge preferable * Computer literate – Good Excel. Including Formulas & Pivots * Analytical skills, ability to highlight disputes using data analysis * Problem solver * Willing to be flexible * Good under pressure – generate /keep to deadlines * Good Communication/Listening skills – relationship builder In order to view more information on this job press the APPLY NOW button below and it will take you to the source website

Salary by Currency

This role in US Dollars has a minimum of $35,915 to a maximum of $37,154. In British Pounds it has a minimum of £29,000 to a maximum of £30,000. In Australian Dollars it has a minimum of $55,770 to a maximum of $57,694.
