Job Description

Calling experienced Customer Service Specialists (commercial not retail) in the area! We need you for one of our fantastic clients, to join them as a Case Handler working a mix of 3 days remote working based and 2 days in the office on a weekly basis. Our client is led by a phenomenal team of people, and it has been interesting to watch this business flourish and grow organically. They have strong business plans and there are still more opportunities to exploit further growth and revenue streams in their niche sector. They now have an opening for 2 further Case Handler's to join this growing division of the business with a hard working but fun-loving team of people, led by a great manager who encourages you to be your best self in the position and has created a superb teamwork ethos where everybody supports each other. As appointed Case Handler you will act as the main point of contact and ensure all their portfolio of clients and customers receive an exceptional level of customer service, throughout the length of the project engaged on from start to finish. You will need to be capable of running multiple projects at any one time and someone who can develop clients, whilst always listening out for further opportunities to engage on further business with these clients and customers. The role requires clear communications skills and a high attention to detail, and you must be comfortable in establishing rapport with people at all levels with the ability to build and maintain long term customer relationships. The key responsibilities: • Handle incoming and outbound calls in a professional manner • Communicate via email and letter professionally • Book all project instructions taken from customers/ clients on to the IT systems • Allocate tasks to sub-contractors and always manage the project engagement through to completion • Prepare client reports • Participate in and attend client meetings via teams and in person • Collaborate with the Sales Team to identify and grow new opportunities What you need to have and bring to the role: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels and types of stakeholders • A focussed, flexible, adaptable and self-motivated attitude • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills • Experience of CRM software and MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel) • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks whilst maintaining a concise level of attention to detail and exemplary customer service • Experience of developing clients/ customers into further revenue streams • Experience of client relationship management If you have what it takes to secure this role, you will absolutely thrive with this business and enjoy a great place to work. This role in US Dollars has a minimum of $29,587 to a maximum of $29,587. In British Pounds it has a minimum of £24,000 to a maximum of £24,000. In Australian Dollars it has a minimum of $45,967 to a maximum of $45,967.
