Job Description

Based in Bolton with hybrid working 3 days office based in Bolton and 2 days working from home Starting basic salary c£22,000 depending on experience, plus annual company bonus, and exceptional benefits package and career development Due to continued growth, our client is looking for Trainee Trade Settlement Administrator to join a successful investment/financial services business. The successful candidates will have a genuine interest to build a career within trade settlements where you will receive full training, personal and professional development to progress your career. You will demonstrate some work experience ideally within administration/finance role and join a highly motivated team who are committed to collaborative working with the ability to learn quickly and a proficient level of numeracy, good data entry and Excel skills. This role requires a good level of education, with good administration skills, strong diligence, excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to prioritise and work to strict deadlines. Duties * You will ensure all asset data is captured and processed accurately * Work to service level agreements, FCA regulations and company policies. * Prioritise your workload to ensure no breaches occur * Contribute to establishing full team procedures and controls along with appropriate maintenance and regular reviews. * Monitor inbox and identify items which impact the area, such as trade reports, contract notes, corporate action notices and queries. * Ensure the investment system is updated with new security set ups, trades, and corporate actions in line with department guidelines. * Input new trades into the relevant custodian’s systems ready to be authorised. * Liaise with all stakeholders, such as investment managers and brokers, to resolve issues In order to view more information on this job press the APPLY NOW button below and it will take you to the source website

Salary by Currency

This role in US Dollars has a minimum of $25,889 to a maximum of $27,122. In British Pounds it has a minimum of £21,000 to a maximum of £22,000. In Australian Dollars it has a minimum of $40,222 to a maximum of $42,137.
