About The Firm * 8 Partner firm * A leading Advisory located in Northern Ireland * annual turnover of £200 Million About The Role * Key accountabilities, including overseeing year-end accounts, conducting general bookkeeping, managing VAT returns, and preparing management accounts for a variety of client portfolios * Prepare and assist in preparation of other financial reports and statements * Provide expert guidance to clients on intricate accounting and tax matters * Conduct comprehensive reviews of the work of the junior accountants * Manage a team of 4 * Other duties as assigned Skills & Experience * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience * ACA or ACCA (part or fully) qualified * 2+ years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, preferably in UK Public Practice * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Strong communication skills, adept at engaging with internal and external stakeholders at all levels Perks * No time-sheets * Work from home policy, allow school pick up and drop off * Tailored, hands-on training from Ex-Big 4 partners. * Monthly external training plus regular office sessions & catch-ups * Parking and bus stop on the doorstep. * Progressive & cloud-focused firm investing in technology & your development * Social environment, and numerous staff events * Weekly lunch group exercise classes and social events. Salary by Currency

This role in US Dollars has a minimum of $50,636 to a maximum of $56,966. In British Pounds it has a minimum of £40,000 to a maximum of £45,000. In Australian Dollars it has a minimum of $77,053 to a maximum of $86,685.
