Job Description

CY Executive resourcing is aligned with a driven, successful and highly acclaimed Practice looking to appoint a Corporate Tax Manager. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and skilled individual to step up into a senior role with a global practice who pride themselves on development, progression and outstanding service. As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will work closely with the tax partners delivering UK and cross-border special and project-based work, overseeing larger/ complex compliance work with a portfolio of existing clients, ranging from owner-managed companies to quoted groups. Responsibilities will include: * Leading on UK and cross-border tax advisory projects, reporting to tax partners. * Overseeing compliance work on larger or more complex clients. * Developing relationships with clients and contacts. * Identifying opportunities to take additional services to clients and contacts, including corporate taxes, VAT, personal taxes, payroll taxes, corporate finance support etc. * Demonstrating an application and solution-based approach to problem solving, referred to for research on delivery of solutions in that field on client assignments. * Identifying areas requiring improvement in the client’s business processes and possible recommendations for the client. * Taking primary responsibility for financial performance on your client and project work. You should be qualified ACA/CTA/ATT (or equivalent) with extensive practical tax experience managing compliance for large groups, R&D, property taxes/capital allowances or group restructures. Salary by Currency

This role in US Dollars has a minimum of $63,295 to a maximum of $68,992. In British Pounds it has a minimum of £50,000 to a maximum of £54,500. In Australian Dollars it has a minimum of $96,316 to a maximum of $104,985.
