Job Description

My client is a small and established Bank based in Birmingham City Centre. Due to the continued growth of the business they are currently recruiting for an Operational Resilience Manager. Reporting to the Head of Risk and Controls your main responsibilities will include; * Review and enhance the existing Operational Resilience Self-Assessment document * Design and implement Operational Resilience standards * Ensure the bank meets ongoing Regulatory commitments by embedding an Operational Resilience framework * Working with key stakeholders around the business as SME, lead activities and discussions around Operational Resilience * Design and implement Operational Resilience Reporting & MI * Work with key stakeholders across the bank acting as the SME on Operational Resilience * Collaborate with the 2nd line Operational Risk Team to ensure appropriate oversight * Manage the Bank’s Business Continuity Plan You will be an Operational Resilience or Business Continuity professional with experience of scenario planning and reporting. Experience within the Banking Sector is desirable although not essential. Salary by Currency

This role in US Dollars has a minimum of $88,613 to a maximum of $101,272. In British Pounds it has a minimum of £70,000 to a maximum of £80,000. In Australian Dollars it has a minimum of $134,842 to a maximum of $154,106.
