Contract Role: Finance Manager

Job Description

This is a full time 12 months Fixed Term Contract starting in April to cover maternity leave for our Management Accountant. Who are we? Founded in 2006, Laurelle London provide turn-key solutions for private label fragrances, personal cleaning protection, beauty and home scents. From high street fashion to celebrity brands, we partner with retailers to develop proprietary programs of fragrance and beauty. We produce for Sarah Jessica Parker, Ann Summers, Aldi, Poundland, CR7 and many more. Previously based in Rochford, we moved into our brand new purpose built premises in Canvey Island in 2022, a great investment into the future of Laurelle London, as we continue to grow. Despite the growing nature of the company, there is still a family feel to the business. Key Responsibilities * Management Accounts * Cashflow forecasting * Stock valuation & analysis * Intercompany reconciliations * Checking timesheets and gathering information for payroll * Weekly sales reports * Reconciliation of Chinese supplier account * VAT returns * Assisting with audit * Covering bank reconciliations and sales ledger when required (including checking sales invoices and liaising with sales department for product reconciliation of deposits paid) Essential Skills * Management accounting experience * Experience helping with annual audit * Sage * Excel * Teamwork Desirable Skills * ERP system experience * Experience working with multi currencies In order to view more information on this job press the APPLY NOW button below and it will take you to the source website
