Job Description

Ventro, Firntec and LivGreen are an exciting group of companies focused on fire-safety services and net zero retrofit. Due to rapid growth, we are seeking an Accounts Payable Manager as part of our finance team based in Plymouth. Key duties: · Management of the Accounts Payable Process · Ensuring purchase invoices are posted to the accounting system · Processing of expenses · Credit card postings · Reconciling supplier statements · Preparation & submission of VAT returns · Construction Industry Scheme returns · Liaising with year-end accountants/auditors and completing requests · Setting up payment runs · Assisting with credit control if required · Providing support as required across the finance function in a growing business · Any other duties as required Essential · Self-starter & great team player · Good communication skills · Be able to work on-site · Experience of working in NetSuite or similar business package · Good experience of Excel · Experience of working in a busy accounts department Ventro Ltd values diversity and promotes equality.
