Job Description

Full time accounts assistant required for a long-standing client in a rural location Training for a qualification or AAT qualified, QBE considered Candidate will need to be able to drive and the role is office based. The role of Accounts Assistant As part of a tight-knit finance team, to maintain and improve the contribution of the team to the business. Sales recharges and Credit control (B2B) * Ownership of the Credit Control function * Create Customer sales invoices as required (i.e. shop and query resolution) * Process sales credit notes as required Maintain purchase ledger * Invoice and Credit note entry * Account statement reconciliation * Liaison with suppliers/staff to ensure prompt signoff * Maintain up to date records * Preparation of weekly Payment runs * Maintain adequate filing structures To produce and develop reports, including: * Weekly sales, by product/by customer * Aged Debtor and Creditor Ledger * Wholesale progress against budget and previous year Cash and Banking * Reconcile petty cash and credit card accounts * Enter daily banking Payroll * Staff hours and basic weekly payroll Other ad hoc duties as required by the finance team The Candidate for Finance Assistant Training for a qualification or AAT qualified, QBE considered Candidate will need to be able to drive and the role is office based In order to view more information on this job press the APPLY NOW button below and it will take you to the source website

Salary by Currency

This role in US Dollars has a minimum of $38,181 to a maximum of $41,999. In British Pounds it has a minimum of £30,000 to a maximum of £33,000. In Australian Dollars it has a minimum of $57,779 to a maximum of $63,556.
