They are committed to providing the highest quality services to their client base and continue to expand through this. They are looking to recruit externally to bring a driven and ambitious Management Accountant into their organised finance team. You will be preparing monthly management accounts and taking ownership of the balance sheet. Here you will have a focus on month end processes, reviewing monthly costs and completing analysis of revenue. This is a fantastic opportunity to lend your experience and grow you knowledge in a supportive, fast paced environment and report directly into the Financial Controller. This role comes with an annual salary of up to £45,000 dependant on experience. Key Responsibilities: Generate monthly management accounts, adhering to company policies and deadlines. Prepare and post all month-end journals, including monthly accruals, prepayments etc. Perform analyse of revenue streams. Oversee the fixed asset register. Prepare monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations, investigating and resolving associated queries. Examine monthly transactional and cost reports to ensure accurate accounting of costs and revenue. Prepare annual budgets, monthly P&L and cash flow forecasts. Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly VAT returns. Process recharges and inter-company reconciliations. Assist with internal and external audits. Collaborate with the finance team on process improvement initiatives.Candidate Skills and Attributes: Previous experience preparing complete Management Accounts including budgeting and forecasting is essential. Confident communicator with strong commercial acumen. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and data manipulation. Ability to analyse and present information accurately and effectively. Deadline-driven with the ability to manage a demanding workload and drive results. Adaptable and able to challenge. Salary by Currency

This role in US Dollars has a minimum of $50,907 to a maximum of $57,271. In British Pounds it has a minimum of £40,000 to a maximum of £45,000. In Australian Dollars it has a minimum of $77,037 to a maximum of $86,667.
