Our client is keen to appoint a skilled Office and Accounts Administrator, where you'll play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of the business. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to the continued success of the business as they strive to provide exceptional service to customers in the industrial equipment sector. * Mansfield, Nottingham - office based * Full time, Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 5.30pm * £25,000 - £27,000 per annum Responsibilities: * Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently. * Prepare and issue invoices, statements and purchase orders. * Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information including credit control as required. * Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls. * Enter data accurately into databases, spreadsheets and accounting software. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, inventory and other business activities. * Assist customers with order processing, delivery tracking and product information. * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication. * Provide administrative support to senior management and other team members as needed. Requirements: * Previous experience in office administration and/or accounting role is ESSENTIAL. * Proficiency in SAGE highly desirable . * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team In order to view more information on this job press the APPLY NOW button below and it will take you to the source website

Salary by Currency

This role in US Dollars has a minimum of $31,781 to a maximum of $34,324. In British Pounds it has a minimum of £25,000 to a maximum of £27,000. In Australian Dollars it has a minimum of $48,021 to a maximum of $51,863.
