An opportunity has arisen for a Cost Controller to join an innovative and diverse service provider based in Wakefield.
You will play a pivotal role in controlling project costs through cost analysis and reporting and ideally have a strong demonstrable background within a project or cost environment.
Key duties include:
Tracking of jobs and projects to ensure costings are tracking.
Raising and receipting PO’s on the system.
Analysing and investigating price variances.
Allocation of project codes.
Analysing supplier information.
Tracking supplier costs and rates.
Monitoring of employee expense claims and company credit card usage.
About you:
Relevant experience gained within a financial, projects or operational cost environment.
Understanding of project methodologies.
Excellent analytical skills, and an ability to work with detail and high accuracy.
