Payroll coordinator required to join a leading Blue Chip company based in Weybridge, Surrey on a full time, permanent basis. The succesful candidate will be processing payroll for UK and Ireland employees.
Payroll & Benefits coordinator Position Overview
Accurate and timely maintenance of the payroll database including starters, leavers and amendments ensuring each payroll runs accurately and in line with the timetable - identify and correct errors ensuring payslips are checked against submissions
Ensure that all paperwork and the monthly payroll spreadsheet is completed by the cut-off date each month and changes are processed within the payroll portal -verify all changes are appropriately approved
Manage overtime, holiday and sickness records for payroll processing
Ensure all court orders, statutory payments and benefit deductions are accurate
Ensure all eligible employees are enrolled onto the company pension scheme and manage scheme payments
