Elevation are proud to be supporting a successful, global business in their search for a Billings Assistant to join the team.
This role has become available due to continued successes within the team and the new employee will join a supportive and friendly team, responsible for daily billings administration. In essence, the role will ensure customer invoices and credit notes are created and distributed accurately and in a timely manner and all queries that are received have tickets raised & are resolved in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurate and timely creation of authorised manual invoices
Creation of manual credit notes
Loading of documents to customer portals
Resolve customer queries in a timely manner
Look for process improvement opportunities
Work to daily team target set by team leader
Liaise with the wider Finance / Credit Controllers
