We are currently recruiting for a Credit controller to join our well-established client nr Haydock on a 12-month FTC.
The role is a 37.5-hour week, working Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 17.00 am and will offer a hybrid opportunity of up to 2 days working from home
As part of the Credit Control team, you will ensure all group debts are collected promptly and all queries are investigated.
The Role
* Control and manage assigned customer accounts, ensuring Customer payments are received in a timely manner.
* Issue Customer statements and invoices via email
* Make and receive customer telephone calls.
* Reply to Customer emails.
* Assist in the resolution of customer queries to eliminate payment delays.
* Reporting on debtors' status / overdue accounts
* Maintaining accurate records
