We are currently recruiting Finance Assistant roles for a rapidly growing telecommunications company based in the Warrington area. Positions on offer are as follows:
2 x 6 Month Fixed Term Contracts Office-Based
1 Permanent Position Hybrid Working Model
Main responsibilities (include but not limited to)
- Updating and maintaining purchase ledger
- Maintain accurate supplier records
- Reconciliation of bank account transactions
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Updating suppliers
- Other ad-hoc or finance related tasks where needed
Skills and Qualifications
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
- Enthusiastic and highly motivated
- Degree or equivalent/AAT Qualification would be highly beneficial but not essential
- Sage 50cloud and Paperless experience
- Reconciliation abilities
- Excellent customer service skills and polite telephone manner
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills when liaising with people of all levels
