We are currently recruiting on behalf of a Global Insurance company who are looking for Emergency Call Handlers to join their Medical Assistance team who are based in Redhill with hybrid working available.
As an Emergency Call Handler you will be part of the Travel Claims function working within the Medical Assistance team delivering emergency medical services to policyholders who have a Travel Insurance policy, have gone abroad and encountered a medical problem and need your help!
You will be responsible for assessing the customers’ needs and to coordinate with the medical team and other members of the operations team to create appropriate/efficient action plans/recommendations. In some cases, you will be responsible for arranging emergency evacuations and repatriations globally but working within the terms and conditions of the insurance policy.
Hours - 4 days on 4 days off 11 hour shifts between 8am - 9pm
Location - Hybrid working available however a minimum of 40% of time...
