Sheridan Maine is partnering with a Swindon based firm to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk into their busy finance team. This position initially offers a temporary arrangement with the potential for permanent status following a minimum three-month period. The role entails a hybrid work structure, allowing for remote work 2 or 3 days per week.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk include:
Matching, batching and coding of supplier invoices and loading onto accounts system
Processing employee expenses.
Supplier statement reconciliations.
Manage queries raised by suppliers and other departments.
Processing weekly payment runs.
Assisting with other ad hoc duties.
The successful Accounts Payable Clerk will require the following skills and experience:
