We are recruiting for an Accounts Administrator with working knowledge of SAGE 50 to join a well-established windows manufacturer based in Colchester on a permanent, full time basis!
This Accounts Administrator role is a permanent office-based position working Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm offering a salary of circa £24,000 per annum plus great benefits!
As Accounts Administrator you will be working in a busy and friendly team of 6 with the following responsibilities:
Coding & posting invoices in Sage 50
Ensuring that invoices are authorised before paying
Logging daily sales & reporting to Management
Raising invoices/ payment requests and sending as required to ensure monthly payment deadlines are met
Completing specific monthly customer application spreadsheets, as necessary
Recording supplier payments
Entering weekly payroll for staff & subcontractors
Weekly credit control & updating customer accounts
