A Payroll Assistant is required to join a company based near the Rubery area. An opportunity to join a hugely successful business in a permanent role. This will be an office-based role joining a small team.
In this role you will be;
Processing payroll for approx. 500 staff members
Inputting new starters and leavers into the system
Handling all payroll queries, including tax and national insurance queries
Calculating and processing deductions, pensions, AOE's and SSP
RTI processing
Completing DBS and credit checks
Updating and reporting on annual leave and absences
Ideally you will have;
Experience processing high numbers of weekly/fortnightly and/or monthly payroll
Good working knowledge of payroll legislation
Be process driven and have excellent attention to detail
Prior experience using Sage would be advantageous
An office-based role, near to the Rubery area, you will be working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Offering a salary of £24-30,000p/a
