Temporary Ongoing Contract
Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division are recruiting for their client, a SME organisation based in Kirkcaldy, recruit an experienced Credit Control Administrator on an ongoing temporary basis.
Responsibilities will include:
Support with clearing backlog of unpaid invoices
Check invoicing details are correct
Contacting customers to chase unpaid invoices
Chasing internal teams for purchase order numbers
Checking and updating internal systems fTo be considered for this position, candidates must have the following background and skills:
Previous experience of working in credit control
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Good customer service and communication skills, with internal and external customers
Confident IT skills including MS Office
