We are working with a leading media organisation who are seeking a Payroll & Benefits Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Working within a small and supportive payroll team responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of high volume payrolls
Processing starts and leavers, salary changes and other ad-hoc payroll duties
Running reports and reconciling on Excel
Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations
Maintain organised and confidential payroll records
Support in identifying opportunities for process improvement
Experience required
Excellent UK payroll knowledge and end to end payroll experience
Strong Excel skills - experience of V-Lookups is essential
Strong understanding of payroll regulations and tax codes
Excellent communication skills
Wider experience with HR and/or benefits is a bonus
