An exciting opportunity has become available with our prestigious client for a Full Time or Part Time (working 4 days per week on a Pro-rated salary), Finance Administrator to proactively oversee the daily maintenance of the college’s Sales Ledger and other finance administrative tasks within their education setting.
Finance Administrator Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
Acting as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding Fees and other money related queries. Ensuring emails are responded to and calls are answered/made within a timely manner.
Billing and reconciling fees and charges to the various applicable E-Systems in place.
Administering education related allowances to applicable stakeholders through the appropriate ledgers, ensuring the sales ledger and any other relevant ledgers are reconciled on a daily basis.
